Nickel-free stainless steel, coated with a protective resin. Each piece is unique and handmade.

Are they water and chemical resistant?

Yes, they are rain and splash resistant. To prolong their lifespan, store them in the case provided and avoid contact with alcohol, perfume, and chemicals.

How do I place an order and pay?

Directly on www.ateliersoya.com , secure payment via Shopify Payments .

What are the delivery times and costs?

France & Corsica: €5 (Free with purchases of €50 or more)
Europe, Switzerland and the United Kingdom: €10 (Free with purchases of €70 or more)
United States: €15
Rest of the world: €20

Shipping within 3 business days with tracking number. If the item is in stock.

Any import tax that may be levied remains the responsibility of the recipient of the order for an international sale.

Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry?

Yes, within 14 days , provided the jewelry is new, unworn, and in its original box . Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Personalized jewelry and sale items are non-returnable. Our jewelry is designed to last, but minor accidents can sometimes happen.
If this happens, please contact us: we will work together to assess the possible repair options, within reason. Depending on the nature of the damage, a repair may be possible—free or paid, depending on the circumstances.

Are our jewelry pieces made in France and customizable?

Yes, they are handmade in Paris .

Currently, we do not offer customization, but we are considering special one-off projects .

Each piece of jewelry remains unique due to its handcrafted nature.
